Help Shape the USCIS Online Account Experience (High Volume of H-1B)

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is looking for petitioners, legal representatives, and paralegals who have prepared and/or submitted a high volume of H-1B registrations online to be participants to help enhance and improve the online experience with the USCIS! 

To participate, the USCIS is looking for: 

  • Be at least 18 years old; 
  • Be physically present in the United States; 
  • Have submitted 50 or more H-1B registrations for the FY 2024 or FY 2025 H-1B cap filing season; 
  • Have a company, representative, or paralegal online account with USCIS; 
  • Be able to speak and understand English proficiently; and 
  • Have access to a tablet, laptop, or desktop computer for the online session. 

 

 *How to Participate 

Please send an email to myuscisfeedback@uscis.dhs.gov with the subject line of “H-1B Registration Experience.” The body of your email should state that you are willing to participate and that you meet the listed participation criteria. We will select participants who meet the criteria for a virtual one-hour session where we will ask about your experience following the status of a case. Our team will follow up with you by email to coordinate a date and time for the online session. 

We plan to hold multiple sessions during the week of Oct. 29 – Nov. 5 from 10:30 a.m. – 4 p.m. Eastern. We will accept responses until 5 p.m. Eastern, Nov. 4.
