On Wednesday, March 1, 2023, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) published a Federal Register notice providing information about funding the EB-5 Integrity Fund. USCIS must collect a fee of $10,000 or $20,000, depending on factors established by the new EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022! Starting March 2nd, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will start collecting this annual fee from each designated regional center and the fees will finance the EB-5 Integrity Fund.
