President Trump has signed almost 100 Presidential Executive Orders since taking office on January 20, 2025, until now, March 5, 2025! From Inauguration Day, January 20, 2025, until today, President Trump has signed many Executive Orders! One of the orders signed on the first day was, “PROTECTING THE AMERICAN PEOPLE AGAINST INVASION“. This executive order directs the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to make sure that aliens register with the federal government. Be advised, at this time, there is no form or method to sign up for the registry.

USCIS is alerting stakeholders that they will continue to process:

  • Applications and petitions filed for or on behalf of individuals in the United States regardless of their country of origin.
  • Applications and petitions of lawful permanent residents outside the U.S. USCIS also continues to adjudicate applications and petitions for individuals outside the U.S. whose approval does not directly confer travel authorization.
