He found that even in his classroom the subject of immigration is a polarizing subject. Adriano feels what is missing is empathy! With national immigration policy being discussed, we thought that it would be a good time to provide some statistics on the Immigrant population in the United States as provided by this AIC research. Once a week we will be posting a blog with information on three states at a time. This week we will highlight; Alabama, Alaska and Arizona!

This week, May 5-11, is Public Service Recognition Week (PSRW) 2024! The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced they are honoring their dedicated workforce during this celebration! USCIS Director Ur M. Jaddou, stated, “Their dedicated service makes the possibility of America a reality for not only immigrants and newcomers themselves, but also the communities and economies they join and our nation as a whole.”
