The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced on Thursday, July 27th that they would need to make an additional selection of registrations to meet the FY 2024 H-1B visa allocation. USCIS has now made a random selection of the remaining properly submitted registrations to fill and reach the cap. USCIS stated in the News Alert linked here, “Only petitioners with selected registrations may file H-1B cap-subject petitions for FY 2024, and only for the beneficiary named in the applicable selected registration notice.”
