1. How many questions are on the civics test? There are 100 civics (history and government) questions and answers provided by the USCIS to prepare for the civics/reading/writing portions of the Naturalization examination. Only 10 questions out of the 100 questions will be asked during the civics test. You must answer at least 6 of those questions correctly to pass the civics portion of the test.

2. When will the H-1B CAP open for FY2025? The registration period for the H-1B CAP for FY2025, with employment to begin as of October 1, 2024, will likely open the first week of March 2024.
