If my Advance Parole is about to expire and I do not plan to travel outside of the US within the next year, do I have to renew it?

On Monday, October 21st, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) reported the designation of Ethiopia for Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for 18 months. Individuals eligible for TPS under this designation must have continuously resided in the United States since October 20, 2022.
Secretary of Homeland Security, Alejandro N. Mayorkas stated, “Ethiopian nationals currently residing in the U.S. who cannot safely return due to conflict-related violence and a humanitarian crisis involving severe food shortages, flooding, drought, and displacement, will be able to remain and work in the United States until conditions in their home country improve.”

Question #1 – Visa Interview
If I do not speak English, when I go to my interview for my visa, will a translator be provided for me or will I need to provide one myself?
On Wednesday, October 12th, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced in consultation with the Department of Labor (DOL), that they are issuing a new regulation making available an additional 64,716 H-2B temporary nonagricultural worker visas for fiscal year (FY) 2023! These new visas will be added to the normal 66,000 H-2B visas that are available each year. Twenty thousand (20,000) of these added visas are set aside for nationals from Haiti, Honduras, Guatemala, and El Salvador.
