Update on TPS for Haiti

On Thursday, February 20, 2025, Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem partially withdrew the July 1, 2024 notice that extended and redesignated Haiti for Temporary Protected Status (TPS).  The announcement shortens the period of extension and redesignation of Haiti for TPS from 18 months to 12 months! The new end date is now August 3, 2025!
