On Wednesday, October 12th, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced a new process for Venezuelans outside of the United States to apply for a temporary period of parole. This new process for Venezuelans will give them a lawful and streamlined way to come to the United States. The procedure is completely available online and will allow for case-by-case consideration.
