USCIS Launches Online Rescheduling of Biometrics Appointments

On Wednesday, June 28th, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) launched a new self-service tool which you or a representative can use to reschedule Biometrics Appointments online using your USCIS online account. USCIS Director Ur M. Jaddou stated, “We are working steadily to improve the customer experience by designing and delivering services in a manner that people of all abilities can access”!
