Venezuelans expelled from U.S. decide next steps in Mexico

The United States and Mexico have made a deal that Venezuelans who came into the U.S. illegally can be expelled to Mexico under Title 42. Title 42 is a World War II-era public health order that prohibits entry into the United States if they believe it could introduce communicable diseases into the country and has been used by the U.S. since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic in March of 2020.
